Apples Dry Diced High Moisture are prepared from clean, sound and mature apples (Fuji or Guoguang variety) that have been properly washed, peeled, cored, diced and immersed in SO2. Subsequently the product is dehydrated, hand picked inspected and packaged.

Apple Dry Diced LM is prepared from clean, sound, and mature apples (Fuji, Gala, or Qinguan variety). The apples undergo a thorough process, including washing, peeling, coring, dicing, immersion in citric acid and SO2. The final product is dehydrated, visually inspected, and then packed.

Product is prepared from clean, sound, porperly ripened fruit, which has been mechanically washed, peeled, cored, corted, cut into dices, immersed in additive SO2 and properly dehydrated by a belt dryer

The product is prepared from clean, sound and mature apples, Pink Lady variety, which have been properly washed, unpeeled and cored, cut into desired size, immersed with additive (Ascorbic Acid and Citric Acid), and properly dried to average not more than 5.0 % moisture by weight. The product is then sieved and metal detected before it is packed.

Selected apricots, which have been sorted to remove any discoloured, immature, hard or unduly small fruits. They will be sun dried, treated with sulphur dioxide, washed, graded, diced, using rice flour as a free flow agent and inspected.

Product originates from sound fruit of the tree ΠPrunus armeniaca L., Varietal type: Malatya, which is harvested at the appropriate stage of maturity, cured by Sulphur dioxide, pitted, sun dried until desired moisture content is achieved.
