Dates Sliced are prepared from sound fruit, which are harvested at the appropriate state of maturity. The fruits are sorted, cleaned, manually pitted and hand diced. Product is passed through a series of screen meshes, vacuums and blowers, followed by dextrose coating, laser sorting, X-Ray scanning, hand picking and metal detection.
