The aseptic banana puree is prepared from fully ripened, mature Cavendish banana variety. The bananas are pureed and sieved. The pulp is then de-aerated, sterilised and packed in pre-sterilised bags at room temperature.

This puree is made from a selection of quality blueberries, raspberries and redcurrants. The berries are harvested, washed, pureed, sieved and frozen to preserve all thegoodness and natural fruit flavours. This puree is perfect for making desserts, smoothies and ice creams. Berries are also a good source of antioxidants, vitamins and fibre.

This product is prepared from whole ripe mixed berries, which are pureed, packed, metal detected and frozen.

Mixed Berries IQF is a homogenous blend of IQF Blueberries, Raspberries and Red Currants. Fruit shall be visually inspected to remove large stalks, extraneous vegetable matter and contaminants, then mixed and packed into polyethylene liners and placed into cardboard cartons
