It was all happening at Fine Foods 2025

There was a real buzz in the air at this year’s Sydney Fine Foods Show at the ICC Darling Harbour.

Frutex has another big presence there after an equally prominent stand at the Melbourne Food Service show in May, with a 54sqm stand and a full crew of sales staff manning the booth and fielding enquiries from a wide cross section of food service business owners and professionals.

In addition to our stand, Windsor Farm sponsored the Culinary Kitchen demonstration stage. Our team delivered in-depth presentations focusing on adding flavour to your menu with herbs, spices, rubs and seasonings. Freshly minted Frutex Ambassador Richmond Rodrigue manned the pans with our executive Chef Greg Hurrell answering the spicy questions thrown up by the MC Andrew Phillips (Frutex Head of Retail) and members of the audience. There were 45 minute sessions every day of the show. Keep an eye out for a video of the Tuesday session, it will be posted on here very soon.
